BeamSource Sourcing Terms of Service

These terms cover use of the BeamSource Sourcing website and the inquiry form. The site is an independent sourcing desk for business buyers who want factory quotations for modular and portable buildings and related site buildings. It is not a storefront for any third-party brand and it does not conclude a supply contract by itself.

What an inquiry is

Submitting the form asks the desk to read your use, dimensions, jurisdiction, quantity, destination, timing, and scope. Optional budget and supplier preference are buyer notes. They do not create a price, a reservation, or a verified ranking of factories. The desk may contact suppliers and may send you their replies, questions, or a statement that the brief is incomplete.

What an inquiry is not

An inquiry is not an order, not a payment instruction, and not a statement that a building meets the IBC, IRC, HUD Code, or any local amendment. Structural acceptance, permits, and site safety remain with you and the professionals you appoint. Drawings on this website are illustrations. They are not fabrication documents.

Your information

You confirm that the project facts you send are yours to share and that you are acting for a business. If a detail is unknown, mark it unknown. Do not present a hoped-for code outcome as if an authority has already accepted it. You remain responsible for the accuracy of quantities and for the scope boundary you ask factories to price.

Supplier replies

Factory statements about steel grade, coating, lead time, freight, and documents belong to that factory. BeamSource Sourcing does not adopt them as its own warranties. If two replies use different delivery points or different exclusions, they are not interchangeable. You decide whether to continue with a supplier, to ask for a revision, or to stop.

Site use

You may read the pages and send a brief. You may not scrape the site in a way that degrades it, misrepresent the desk as a brand owner, or submit unlawful content. The desk may refuse a request that lacks a business purpose or that asks for original-brand goods this service does not provide.

Liability limit of the website

The pages are a coordination aid. To the extent the law allows, the desk is not liable for a supplier delay, a freight change, a permit refusal, or a design assumption you or a supplier made. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. A sourcing benefit described on the site is conditional, capped at up to 3 percent, and only for qualified business buyers after the product, quantity, destination, and sourcing requirements are reviewed. It is not a promised reduction on every inquiry.

Changes

These terms may be updated by posting a revised page. The version you see when you submit a form applies to that submission. Questions about a brief already sent can be added through the same contact form, referencing the earlier project use and destination.
